By booking any session, attending any event, or purchasing products from Dragonfly Pond Holistic Services, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("the Client," "you") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
2. Scope of Services
Dragonfly Pond Holistic Services, LLC provides holistic services including Reiki, sound healing, meditation, aromatherapy, life coaching, and related holistic wellness products. These services are complementary wellness approaches and do not replace traditional medical treatments.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees paid.
4. Payments
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking of outside events, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of service.
- Accepted methods of payment include credit card, debit card, cash, and approved electronic payment platforms.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Refund Policy
- Services rendered are non-refundable.
- Refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before an event or appointment may be provided at our sole discretion.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
- Our services are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatments and are not a substitute for such treatments.
- We do not diagnose, cure, or treat any medical conditions.
- Clients must consult with licensed medical professionals for any medical or psychological issues.
- By engaging in our services, you agree to release Dragonfly Pond Holistic Services, LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability associated with the holistic services provided.
7. Conduct
- All clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any session without refund if inappropriate behavior is exhibited.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content provided by Dragonfly Pond Holistic Services, LLC, including but not limited to, written materials, website content, digital downloads, recordings, and designs, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.
9. Confidentiality
- We are committed to maintaining your confidentiality. Information shared during private sessions or events remains confidential unless disclosure is required by law or you provide explicit consent.
10. Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notice via email.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA.
- Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate court located within Shelby County, Kentucky.
